Ways to Buy Your Ticket

There are two official ways to purchase tickets to X Space Immersive:

1. At the venue. Walk in and buy your ticket directly at our counter. Cash and bank transfer are the quickest ways to pay, and we also accept Visa and Mastercard. No advance booking or time slot is needed: arrive any time after opening and at least an hour before closing. Weekends and public holidays get crowded; weekday evenings are much quieter.

2. Online through official travel platforms. Book in advance through our official partners: Klook, GetYourGuide, Trip.com, Traveloka and Tripadvisor. Some platforms ask you to pick a time slot when you book. Online tickets are valid only for the date you choose and can’t be moved to another date.

Standard Experience — Rooms 1–7 (Room 8, the LED tunnel, is not included) · typical visit about 60 minutes

• International visitors: 200,000 VND (children under 140 cm) / 250,000 VND (adults)
• Vietnamese visitors: 160,000 VND (children under 140 cm) / 200,000 VND (adults)

VIP Experience — all Rooms 1–8, including the LED tunnel · typical visit about 80 minutes

• International visitors: 250,000 VND (children under 140 cm) / 300,000 VND (adults)
• Vietnamese visitors: 200,000 VND (children under 140 cm) / 250,000 VND (adults)

Special Experience — all 8 rooms plus a VR experience, with VIP service

• International visitors: 400,000 VND (children under 140 cm) / 450,000 VND (adults)
• Vietnamese visitors: 320,000 VND (children under 140 cm) / 400,000 VND (adults)

Frequently asked questions about how to book tickets

Do I need to book in advance? No. Walk-ins are welcome at the ticket counter in Royal City and there are no fixed entry times — just arrive at least an hour before closing. You can also book through our official partners if you prefer to pay ahead.

Where can I book tickets? Either directly at the counter or on Klook, GetYourGuide, Trip.com, Traveloka or Tripadvisor — once you know how to book tickets, the whole process takes a couple of minutes.

Can I change the date of my ticket? No. Tickets are valid only for the date on the ticket and can’t be moved to another date or refunded, so double-check the date before you book tickets online.

How do I pay at the counter? Cash or bank transfer are preferred; Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

Best times to visit once you book tickets

Weekday evenings after 6 PM are the quietest and the best for photos; weekends and public holidays are the busiest. There’s no time limit inside: most visitors spend about 60 minutes with a Standard ticket, 80 minutes with VIP, or about 100 minutes with the VR experience, plus time for dinner at Royal City afterwards.

What’s included when you book tickets

Standard tickets cover Rooms 1–7; VIP tickets add Room 8, the LED tunnel; the Special ticket adds an 18-minute VR experience on top of VIP. Every ticket includes unlimited photos and video for personal use. Children under 140 cm pay the child price, and children under 80 cm enter free with a paying adult (one free child per adult). Strollers can’t be taken inside — please leave them outside the ticket counter. Food and drinks are not allowed inside; any damage to equipment caused by this must be compensated.
