What is X Space Immersive?
X Space Immersive is an immersive digital art experience in Hanoi, built as a journey rather than a gallery. Eight rooms follow one another, each a world of its own with its own visuals and soundtrack — and in several of them, walls and floors respond as you move or touch them. A glowing forest gives way to an underwater world, a dome of moving stories and a sea of endless lamps, before the route ends in a full LED tunnel.

Your route through X Space
The rooms connect into one continuous route: you enter at reception, walk through the eight worlds in order, and finish in the LED tunnel. The VR room sits across the walkway, opposite our frontage, and comes with the Special ticket.
Beyond the rooms: the VR experience
Special ticket · +18 minWhen the VIP route ends, the journey continues outside in something different again: Journey Through the Ages — from the time of prehistoric creatures through the eras that shaped the Earth.
In virtual reality it feels real. Enormous creatures stand right in front of you, close enough to make you step back, and you can move around to see them from any angle. The experience lasts 18 minutes, suits ages 5 and up, and comes with the Special ticket.

Take your time in every room
Most visits last about an hour, but there’s no rush: the visuals, the lighting and the scenes inside each room keep changing, so the longer you linger, the more you see — and the better your photos and videos come out.

- Standard — Rooms 1–7, about 60 minutes at an unhurried pace. The shortest route, without the LED tunnel.
- VIP — all 8 rooms, about 80 minutes. The full route, and the ticket we recommend for a first visit.

How to book and pay
Walk in and pay at the counter
You don’t need to book in advance, and there are no fixed entry times: just come to the counter after opening and at least an hour before closing. Cash and bank transfer are the quickest ways to pay; Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. Weekends and public holidays get crowded, while weekday evenings after 6 PM are much quieter.
Book online with our official partners
If you’d rather pay ahead by card, book through one of our five official partners. Some platforms ask you to choose a time slot; if you need to come at a different time on the same day, message us on Zalo or call the hotline.
Tickets can’t be moved to another date
Whether you buy at the counter or online, a ticket is valid only for its date and can’t be changed or refunded. The one exception is if we have to close on that day. The details are in our ticket change policy (in Vietnamese).

Avoid booking scams
Fake accounts copy our name and photos, then ask people to transfer money in private messages. We never ask you to pay in advance through Facebook, Zalo or Telegram messages, or into a personal bank account. How to find X Space Immersive in Royal City
Royal City is easy to reach; finding us inside it is the part that catches people out. The shopping mall, Vincom Mega Mall Royal City, is underground, on two floors (B1 and B2) beneath six apartment towers named R1 to R6. X Space Immersive is on B2, in the R1 area, units 06–08.
Getting to Royal City
- By GreenSM, Grab or taxi: the simplest option. Show your driver the card above, or open the pin in Google Maps.
- From the Old Quarter: Royal City is about 7 km southwest of Hoan Kiem Lake along Nguyen Trai Street. By GreenSM or Grab, the ride usually takes about 20 minutes.

Photo tips for X Space Immersive
- Turn the flash off. Flash washes out the projections, and the room behind you disappears.
- Tap the brightest spot, then lower the exposure. Phones tend to overexpose glowing scenes; one notch darker keeps the colours.
- Shoot video and pick a frame later. The visuals never stop moving, and a 10-second clip gives you dozens of options.
- Wear light colours in the projection rooms. Plain, light clothes pick up the projected images, so you become part of the scene.
- In the LED tunnel, stand centred and film upward. Set the camera to 4K and its widest lens, stand in the middle of the tunnel entrance, then tilt up — as the ribbons of light sweep overhead it feels like flying through the Milky Way.
- Come on a weekday evening. You’ll get frames without other visitors in them.

How long does a visit take?
As long as you like — there’s no time limit. Most visitors spend about 60 minutes with a Standard ticket and 80 minutes with VIP, plus 18 minutes for the VR experience.
Is there a VR experience?
Yes. The Special ticket adds an 18-minute VR experience, suitable for ages 5 and up, to all eight rooms, together with VIP service.

Do I need to book in advance?
No. You can buy at the counter with no fixed entry time; just arrive at least an hour before closing. You can also book online through Klook, GetYourGuide, Trip.com, Traveloka or Tripadvisor.
How much are tickets?
International visitors pay from 200,000 VND (Standard, child) to 450,000 VND (Special, adult). Vietnamese visitors pay from 160,000 VND.
Is X Space Immersive suitable for children?
Yes. Children under 140 cm pay the child price, and children under 80 cm enter free with a paying adult (one free child per adult). Strollers stay outside.
Can I pay by card?
